Hold the fledgling revenue model together while prototyped income streams are tested to breaking point. Build a fully operational new revenue model. Richard has been lucky at work - he has been encouraged to push the boundaries of current practice and convention. He has had notable successes in this role in the public sector, banking, health care, politics, manufacturing, space exploration (NASA), etc.
