Crowded or empty place thinking?

Empty and crowded place thinking? Is this really the state of political discourse in America? If so no wonder America is in terminal decline... If I understood the proposition it states "those with a need for government live in crowded places and they are the ones trying to improve the efficiency of government"... Then I say "good luck" to the crowded place people (including Occupy Wall Street Movement) with that project - they will need to sharply lift their game because surely the evidence so far is they are failing and failing dramatically... They are unable to improve K to 12 education, college education is becoming way too expensive, as is Obama Care Health, as is entitlement spending, government deficit financing, etc. The costs to future generations (in higher taxes, lost opportunities, decline of American innovation, etc) of crowded place people thinking when applied to the current Federal government run agenda is rising not falling...The growth of cities seems to be a continuing phenomena in the US and so it can be expected that crowded place thinking will come to dominate in C21st America as she declines... Surely with America's decline (through less growth, innovation, effective wealth distribution through paid work, lower impact of big unions without violence, decreased authority in foreign affairs and trade) comes an more pressing need for the dominance of government in people's lives backed by crowded place thinking...If this is the future of America then the real minorities by 2030 will surely be the vacant place thinkers not illegal immigrants, low income workers, poorly educated citizens, etc...Dominance of the crowded place thinkers is a good thing for those who belong to the push but it is not welcomed by the deviant vacant place thinkers (including the Tea Party) who will become more vocal and violent as they claim to advocate democracy, diversity, and ultimately less not more government or less not more crowded place Groupthink...
